Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, we kindly ask for a minimum order value of AUD $30.00. This ensures we can keep shipping costs fair across Australia while covering other essentials like our environmental packaging (glass), order processing, and stock handling.

Where do we deliver?

Ozganics delivers right across Australia! While we’re not offering international shipping at this stage, we’re always open to feedback, so feel free to drop us a line if that’s something you’d love to see in the future.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We’re just as excited as you are to get your order out the door! We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment is received. However, delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post/Couriers service in your area.We recommend double-checking your delivery address before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided, unfortunately, we won’t be able to re-send your order at our expense.

Here’s a general guide on Australia Post’s delivery estimates:

South Australia: 1-4 days
Melbourne: 2 days
Sydney: 3 days
Brisbane, Canberra, other major cities: 4 days

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia:Regional Areas: $15 for under $74.99 and $10 for over $75.00.The cost of shipping includes more than just postage. It covers the entire process—packing, materials, stock management, and the love we put into making sure your order arrives safely.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

No worries! If no one’s home when your parcel arrives, Australia Post will leave it in a safe spot. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a card letting you know where to collect it. Your parcel will be held for up to 10 days.
