This Green Goddess Zucchini Pasta with Fried Halloumi is a fresh and vibrant dish perfect for a summer meal. Combining spiralized zucchini noodles with a herby green goddess sauce creates a light yet satisfying base, while crispy fried halloumi adds a savoury, cheesy bite. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ozganics Green Goddess Salad Dressing
  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 block of halloumi, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or mint) for garnish
  • Lemon zest (optional)

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry halloumi slices until golden brown on both sides.

2. Remove the halloumi from the pan and fry off the garlic in olive oil.

3. Once fried, toss the zucchini noodles in to warm and coat with the garlic. After approx 2 minutes, remove the noodles from the heat.

4. Toss the spiralized zucchini with Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing until fully coated.

5. Plate the zucchini and top with fried halloumi.

6. Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon zest. Serve immediately.
