Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ozganics Beetroot & Balsamic Relish
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

 

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Form the turkey mixture into kofta shapes or small patties.

3. Grill or pan-fry the koftas for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

4. In the last minute of cooking, brush the koftas with Ozganics Beetroot & Balsamic Relish for a sweet, tangy glaze.

5. Serve warm with extra relish on the side.
