Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 450g of firm tofu
- 200g of paneer cheese
- Naan bread
- Fresh lime
- Coriander
- Sliced almonds
Method
1. In a large frying pan, add the coconut oil over a medium to high temperature.
2. Add the diced tofu and Ozganics Tikka Masala Curry Sauce, simmer for approximately 10 minutes - this allows for the flavours to develop.
3. Add the paneer to the pan and stir to combine.
4. Serve with naan bread, fresh lime, coriander and sliced almonds
