This hearty steak sandwich is a delicious blend of juicy, seared steak and roasted vegetables, all elevated with the smooth flavour of Ozganics Creamy Avocado Dressing. The roasted capsicum and onion bring a smoky sweetness, while the avocado dressing adds a zesty, creamy touch that ties everything together for a truly satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Ozganics Creamy Avocado Dressing
  • 1/4 Ozganics BBQ Sauce
  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 steaks (ribeye or sirlion)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • 1 red capsicum, roasted and sliced
  • 1 large onion, roasted and sliced
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup rocket

Method

1. Cook Steak: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook steaks to your preferred doneness. Let rest before slicing.

2. Roast Vegetables: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Drizzle sliced capsicum and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 15-20 minutes until caramelised.

3. Assemble Sandwich: Toast the ciabatta bread and spread a layer of Ozganics BBQ sauce on the inside of the bun. Layer rocket, sliced steak, roasted capsicum, and onion on the bread. Drizzle with Ozganics Creamy Avocado Dressing.
