Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Pure Addiction Mayonnaise
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey

 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and paprika in a bowl.

3. Spread the glaze over the salmon fillets.

4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

5. Serve with steamed veggies or rice.
