Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Ozganics Beetroot & Balsamic Relish
  • 4 chicken thighs, breasts or a whole chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

 

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Roast vegetables or your choice to accompany
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

2. Rub chicken with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Brush generously with Ozganics Beetroot and Balsamic Relish.

4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C and the glaze is caramelized.

5. Serve hot, garnished with additional relish and roast vegetables.
