Burgers are a crowd-pleaser, and these Onion and Balsamic Relish Beef and Cheese Sliders are no exception!

Juicy, flavourful, and customisable, these sliders can be easily adapted by swapping in Ozganics Beetroot and Balsamic Relish or Spicy Tomato Relish for a twist on the classic. Plus, you can sneak in healthy veggies like grated carrots or zucchini into the patties—perfect for those picky eaters who avoid anything green!

Quick to make and packed with flavor, these sliders are guaranteed to be a hit at your next gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Ozganics Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Chinese rice wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 3cm lengths

 

  • 400g organic chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into 1cm thick slices
  • 250g baby corn, cut lengthways
  • Steamed rice and coriander to serve

Method

1. Combine sweet chilli, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic and cornflour and mix well.

2. Stir ¼ cup through the chicken and mix well.

3. Heat half the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir fry chicken in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Remove and transfer to a plate.

4. Add remaining oil and onion, red capsicum, baby corn and spring onion. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Return chicken and remaining sauce to wok. Stir fry until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.

5. Serve immediately over steamed rice. Garnish with fresh sprigs of coriander
