- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 Cup Ozganics Vegan Caesar Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Gluten Free Wraps or Tortillas
- 2 Heads Cos Lettuce
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Crispy Bacon Bits (optional)
Method
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then grill or pan-fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
