Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Ozganics Balsamic Dressing
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Method
1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Slice the cauliflower into thick "steaks" (about 1.5 cm thick).
2. Season: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the seasoned oil mixture.
3. Roast: Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and tender.
4. Glaze: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle generously with Ozganics Balsamic Glaze.
