Ingredients
- 1 Sheet puffed pastry, thawed
- 1/2 Cup Ozganics Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Relish
- 1 Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Cup crumbed goats cheese
- Fresh thyme
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until caramelised.
3. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread Ozganics Onion and Balsamic Relish over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Top with caramelized onions and crumbled goat cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
