Ingredients

  • 1 jar Ozganics Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
  • 2 cups of cooked or roast chicken
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces (fresh or canned)

 

  • 100g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 capsicum, sliced

Base Method

1. Mix flour and yogurt together until a soft dough is formed.

2. Turn out on a floured board and knead for about 3 minutes, until the dough is easy to roll out.

3. Roll out to baking pan or pizza tray size and place on a greased tray.

Method

1. Spread a thin layer of oil (coconut, sunflower or olive) on the pizza base.

2. Slather Ozganics Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce on the pizza base.

3. Top with chicken, pineapple, capsicum, onion and a bit more sauce - to your liking.

4. Sprinkle over the cheese.5. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
