Delicious air fried cauliflower wraps with crunchy chickpeas and our zesty Creamy Avocado Dressing! Swap out the dressing for any of your favourite Ozganics flavours - this recipe works amazing with all of them!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Ozganics Creamy Avocado Dressing
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp Cajun spice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 wraps of your choice
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).Toss cauliflower and chickpeas with olive oil, Cajun spice, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
3. Spread Ozganics Creamy Avocado Dressing on the wraps.
4. Add the crispy cauliflower and chickpeas to each wrap. Garnish with fresh parsley, wrap, and serve!
