Beef Roghan Josh
What you will need
1 jar OZGANICS Roghan Josh Curry Sauce
500g lean organic beef – cubed
1 large potato – peeled and cubed
½ cup natural yoghurt
Fresh mint leaves – finely slices
How to make it
Heat a large saucepan with a lid. Seal the steak cubes on each side with a bit of oil.
Pour in the jar of OZGANICS Roghan Josh curry sauce.
Add the cubed potato and cook until the beef is tender and the potato is cooked.
Mix together the yoghurt and the mint leaves.
Serve the beef on a bed of Basmati rice and papadams and top with dollops of yoghurt and mint.
