Warm Mexican Dip
What you will need
1 jar OZGANICS Medium Salsa
1 can refried beans
1 tomato - finely chopped
1 small onion – finely chopped
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1 small tub of sour cream for serving
Shallots – finely sliced to garnish
How to make it
Mix together half of the OZGANICS Medium Salsa with the refried beans, tomato and onion. Pour mixture into a heatproof dish. Mash the avocados with the remaining salsa. Spread over the top of the bean mix. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake in a moderate oven until cheese has melted and the bean mix is hot. Remove from the oven.
To serve, top with sour cream and sliced shallots. Serve with corn chips.
