Avocado Wedges

Avocado wedges with a side of 100% organic, Australian made Tomato and Barbecue sauce!


  • Ozganics Tomato Sauce
  • Ozganics BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Avocadoes
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 100g Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsn Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to season




  1. Preheat oven to 200C. In a small mixing bowl combine breadcrumbs, garlic and seasoning.
  2. Cut avocados into large wedges and lay flat on chopping board. Squeeze lime-juice over wedges to coat both sides, followed by beaten egg and finally dust with breadcrumb mix.
  3. Place in oven to bake for 15 minutes or until crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Serve while warm with Ozganics Tomato and BBQ Sauce.
