Quick and Easy Bean Nachos

Busy lives mean this simple and quick meal solution is ideal for kid’s parties, an after school snack or a lazy Sunday afternoon.


  • 1 cup OZGANICS Mild Salsa
  • 1 packet Organic corn chips
  • 1 cup cooked (or canned) organic red kidney beans – slightly mashed
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • Sour cream
  • 1 avocado – mashed
  • OZGANICS Sweet Chilli Sauce



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Spread half of the corn chips over the base of a heatproof dish.
  3. Mix the salsa with the red kidney beans. Spoon half of the salsa mix over the corn chips. Sprinkle over half of the grated cheese. Spread remaining corn chips over top. Spoon on the salsa and the rest of the cheese.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven until cheese has melted and beans are warm (approx. 15 minutes).
  5. Remove from the oven. Serve hot with dollops of sour cream, mashed avocado and sweet chilli sauce on top.
