Ingredients

  • 1 Jar OZGANICS Red Thai Curry Simmer sauce
  • 500g organic chicken breast - sliced.
  • 1 cup diced/sliced vegetables - beans, red capsicum, sugar snap peas, pumpkin
  • Coriander, fresh chilli or mint for garnish

 

Methods

  1. Pour OZGANICS Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce into medium sauce pan and bring to simmer.
  2. Add meat and vegetables and simmer until meat is cooked.
  3. Serve over rice and garnish with fresh coriander, red sliced chilli or mint.
