Spring Vegetable and Whole Wheat Noodle Salad
What you will need
1 pkt ORGANIC NOODLE KITCHEN whole wheat noodles
1 jar OZGANICS Spring Vegetable Pasta Sauce
1 punnet organic cherry tomatoes
1 organic zucchini sliced
½ cup organic cauliflower
1 cup organic baby spinach
½ cup organic peas
Fresh basil leaves
Salt & pepper
How to make it
Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Grill zucchini slices until cooked and starting to brown. Steam cauliflower and peas until cooked, but still firm.
Cook the Organic Noodle Kitchen wholewheat noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain. Stir through the OZGANICS Spring Vegetable Pasta Sauce and the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm or cold as a salad.
