Fig Jam and Ricotta on Sourdough

What you will need
OZGANICS Fig Jam
2 slices of gluten free bread
4 tablespoons fresh ricotta cheese
2 fresh figs
How to make it
Slice and toast the bread. Spread each slice with two tablespoons of the fresh ricotta cheese. Spoon the OZGANICS Fig Jam over the ricotta cheese.
Serve with sliced fresh figs.
